Emergency Contraception

If you need Emergency Contraception (EC/Morning after pill) please contact your GP’s out of hours service, local NHS walk in centre/ Urgent Treatment Centre (UTC) Wycombe Hospital or your local pharmacist/chemist.

Buckinghamshire Community Pharmacies provide Emergency Hormonal Contraception (EHC) – free for all women aged 13+, see here for a list of community pharmacies in Buckinghamshire. Please check pharmacy website for opening hours over the holiday period. Please note for Emergency Hormonal Contraception (EHC) you MUST call the pharmacy prior to attending to confirm the appropriate pharmacist is on duty

Post Exposure Prophylaxis

If you need assessment for post exposure prophylaxis (PEPSE), please attend any A & E department (Stoke Mandeville Hospital)
