We are aware that the 0300 303 2880 phoneline is extremely busy at times. If you are unable to reach us by phone you can contact us by email : buc-tr.bhtbshaw@nhs.net with a brief summary of the service you require. Emails will be responded to between the hours of 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays). We aim to respond within 24 hours, Monday to Friday. As we may need to phone you please ensure your phone will accept calls from an unknown number.
