Your local sexual health services are running during the COVID-19 outbreak

Please see below the different ways you can access bSHaW sexual health services during the COVID-19 outbreak for testing, contraception and sexual health advice. Please note we can not accept any walk in’s

Appointment Requests – Please call 0300 303 2880, Lines are open Monday to Friday from 9am. We are aware that the 0300 303 2880 phoneline is extremely busy at times and you may experience difficulty reaching us. Please continue to try this number but should you be unable to reach us by phone please email buc-tr.bhtbshaw@nhs.net For all email messages, please include your name, D.O.B, telephone number and a brief summary of the service you require. We will aim to handle your message within 24 hours Monday to Friday. As we may need to phone you please ensure your phone will accept calls from an unknown number.

Under 25’s – Just Ask bSHaW is a FREE Confidential advice for Under 25’s from Sexual Health Professionals. Available Monday, Tuesday and Thursday 9am – 4pm, Wednesday 5pm – 9m. You can also use this service to order free postal condoms

STI Postal Testing Kits for Under 25’s and Over 25’s-

  • Under 25 – If you are under 25 years old and would like a checkup and have no symptoms you can order a free chlamydia testing kit here 
  • Over 25 – If you are over 25 years old and would like a checkup, you can order a free postal STI testing kit here

Please note there is no walk in facility at an bSHaW sexual health clinic without phone calls first.
