Accessing contraception from a Pharmacy
You can also request repeat oral contraception from bSHaW if you are over 18 years. This service is only for patients that has previously received oral contraception from bSHaW within the last 12 months.
Please complete the relevant form and email the form to buc-tr.bhtbshaw@nhs.net. Completion of this form does not guarantee that we will be able to issue your repeat prescription and we may need to ring you to discuss further.
