Mindfulness Based Chemsex Recovery (MBCR) Training

Mindfulness Based Chemsex Recovery (MBCR) is an intensive recovery programme for men who feel that their sexualised use of chems, alcohol and other substances is negatively impacting on their lives and want to exercise greater choice over their use of chems or stop using altogether. It’s funded by Public Health England’s HIV Innovation Fund and is open to gay, bisexual and trans men, and men who have sex with men.

Course 2 2023, starts October 29th, 2023 12:30pm – 4:30pm (4 sessions over an 8-week period) St. Anne’s Church Soho, Dean Street, London W1D 6AF.

Trans Health Advocacy Workshop

Introduction to the UK’s trans healthcare landscape, common healthcare and legal barriers faced by trans people, and practical support needs the media won’t tell you about. Aimed at charity workers, counsellors, community organisers, healthcare providers, and other professionals who work with trans and gender-diverse communities. Cis people are welcome to attend these sessions.
