Brook RSE at Home
RSE at Home is a series of sessions delivered by Brook, specially created for parents and carers who want to further support their children’s relationships and sex education at home.
Brook’s expert staff use their knowledge and experience to provide practical support and guidance on how to approach potentially tricky topics and have open, age-appropriate conversations with children and young people.
These free, live and interactive sessions are delivered online via Zoom and provide a safe space for parents and carers to learn, ask questions and build confidence in supporting their children.
Upcoming Sessions: Online Safety & Wellbeing
Our next RSE at Home sessions will focus on online safety and wellbeing, helping parents and carers feel more confident supporting children and young people to navigate the online world safely.
The session will explore topics including online relationships, social media, online sexual content, healthy boundaries and looking after wellbeing online, alongside practical advice for starting conversations at home.

How to Join
To attend a session, please contact us at bucks@brook.org.uk and let us know which date you would like to attend. We’ll then send you the Zoom joining link.
As these sessions are specifically for parents and carers of children attending schools in Buckinghamshire, we’ll need to verify which school your child attends before sending the Zoom link.
